For homeowners, we offer our Residential Energy Savings Agreement, which provides a Fall and Spring tune-up at a discounted price and also has the additional benefits of no overtime charge and an automatic 15% discount on any repair that ever has to be made. We’ll keep up with the schedule!

You can choose whether you’d like an email, text or phone call to contact you to schedule your tune-up. These are also ideal for rental properties so that you know your tenants are always taken care of and there’s no overtime charge for after hour emergency calls. You will also rest easy knowing that your HVAC equipment is being maintained properly.

Commercial Maintenance Agreements

We also offer Commercial Maintenance Agreements that are tailored to the specific needs of each individual business. All Commercial Maintenance Agreements include a 10% discount on repairs and no overtime charge for emergency service. Commercial Maintenance Agreements typically include 2 Seasonal Tune-ups, with quarterly filter changes.

Filter changes and /or maintenance schedules can be modified as needed by each business. For example, some environments may require more frequent filter changes or some lease agreements may require quarterly operational checks. Businesses with multiple locations within our service area can receive further discounts by including them under one blanket Commercial Maintenance Agreement.
